Join us for an exclusive event with Representative Neil Walter and the Government Affairs team from Utah Association of Realtors. During this session, Representative Walter will provide a comprehensive overview of the 2026 Utah Legislative Session, highlighting key legislation, new laws, and policy updates that impact Utah’s economy and the real estate industry. He’ll also share insights into emerging issues and what they could mean for the future of housing in our state.

The Government Affairs team from the Utah Association of Realtors will also discuss how Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) helps shape the legislative landscape, how those funds are used, and the important role the association plays in advocating for property rights and homeownership.

This is a great opportunity to hear directly from some of the key voices helping shape the future of real estate and housing policy in Utah.

Continuing Education (CE): Real estate professionals in attendance will earn 2 hours of Continuing Education credits.
