The Truth About Reverse Mortgages is an interactive class designed to help the Realtor community understand the Reverse Mortgage or HECM program, its origins and history, recent program changes along with how to utilize it as part of their sales arsenal. I strive to answer all questions honestly and directly to make sure you go away from the class with real information you can use. Since the Washington County area has one of the highest concentrations of Reverse Mortgages in the Nation, it has become more important than ever that you understand how this product works and how it can increase your conversion rates. I will also discuss items you need to be aware of when it comes to the sale of these properties and provide you with a resource to utilize when you are dealing with homes with existing reverse mortgages.
