July Luncheon - SPECIAL FORMS & PRACTICE CHANGE TRAINING

Description

This is a special training session for WCBR members. Attendees will receive in-depth training on the following forms, which have been revised as a result of the NAR Settlement:

• Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement 
• Exclusive Right to Seller Listing Agreement 
• Real Estate Brokerage Payment Addendum 
• Real Estate Brokerage Payment Agreement 
• Limited Showing Agreement

In addition, we'll discuss proper use of these forms, rule changes and enforcement of practice changes.

This session will be taught by Emily Merkley, CEO for the Washington County Board of Realtors and board legal counsel, Barry Clarkson, with Clarkson & Associates.

Registration is Required by July 11th (seating is limited). Lunch will be served.
