MLS Training - Foundational Use to Comprehensive Tools

Description

This three-hour course provides a comprehensive overview of FlexMLS, guiding participants from foundational navigation and searching skills through client tools, CMAs and market statistical data. Attendees will learn how to efficiently search for and interpret listings, manage save searches and clients communication and use MLS data to support informed pricing conversations. Additionally, this course provides an overview of four key MLS-integrated tools - BrokerBay, Lone Wolf TransACT, Domus Analytics, and RPR – each designed and intentionally integrated into the WCBR MLS to help real estate professionals manage showings, transactions, and market data more efficiently.

Training Block Schedule is as follows: 

• FlexMLS 101: Foundational Use (System Navigation, Searches & Clients) - 1:00-2:00 
• FlexMLS 102: Comprehensive Tools (CMAs, Statistics & Compliance) - 2:00-3:00 
• FlexMLS 103: From Showings to Closing (MLS Showing Service & Transaction Management) - 3:00-4:00
